By accessing or using Porchr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
Service description
Porchr provides homeowners with guided issue capture, follow-up questions, and structured reports intended to help users understand potential home problems and next steps.
No professional advice
Porchr does not provide licensed engineering, plumbing, legal, insurance, or emergency services advice. Reports are informational only and should not replace an in-person inspection or professional judgment. If there is a safety issue, water leak, electrical hazard, structural concern, gas smell, fire risk, or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or licensed professional services immediately.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
User content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, notes, and other content you submit. By uploading content, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and display that content for the operation and improvement of the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription to Porchr Pro. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the terms of the App Store and applicable billing providers. Subscription access may change if payment fails, expires, or is cancelled.
Permitted use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that could harm others or violate applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on reports or recommendations generated through the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Porchr after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
