Porchr helps homeowners capture home issues with photos or short videos, answer guided follow-up questions, and receive structured reports. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, and sign-in method. We also collect content you choose to upload, including photos, videos, notes, and answers provided during diagnosis follow-up flows. If you subscribe, we may receive subscription and entitlement status information from our billing providers.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, process scans, generate diagnostic reports, improve the product experience, maintain report history, and support subscription access. Uploaded media and answers are used to analyze the issue you ask Porchr to review.
Storage and service providers
We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the app, including authentication, database, storage, AI processing, and subscription management services. These providers process data only as needed to operate and support Porchr.
Subscriptions
If you purchase Porchr Pro, subscription status, product identifiers, and related billing metadata may be processed through our subscription platform and the App Store to unlock paid features.
Data retention
We retain account information and submitted report content for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account in the app or contact us to request data removal, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.
Your choices
You may choose not to upload photos, videos, or notes, but some features will not function without them. You may also delete your account from the account screen in the app or contact us to request deletion of your personal data at team@porchr.com.
Children
Porchr is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
